We have recently completed new construction of a Haven Home through one of your affiliates: Connecticut Valley Homes located in East Lyme, Connecticut. Our new home has exceeded our expectations due to the professionalism and "white glove" treatment we enjoyed while dealing with Connecticut Valley Homes.

This was to be our retirement home and we were looking for the best value. We had invested three years researching builders in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts areas. We spent week-ends visiting showrooms or model homes, and talking to salesmen. We conducted internet searches and accumulated information about various modular home companies and stick builders in the Westerly, Rhode Island area.

Connecticut Valley Homes clearly became our final choice because of its high quality and value compared to competitors. The deciding factor in the sale, however, was your representative, Armand Guimont.

Mr. Guimont patiently and professionally explained your product and the building process to us more than once during that three year search. He never pressured us to close the deal. He seemed confident that his explanations of the quality construction of Haven Homes and demonstrations of the superior service offered by Connecticut Valley Homes would close the deal for him. They did.

We had custom plans and Armand assured us that Haven Homes could reproduce those designs. With his help and the design team affiliated with Connecticut Valley Homes, those original designs were not only executed, but enhanced! Armand's experience with the Haven Home product, his attention to detail, and his sincere interest in our project produced a custom home that surpasses our original plans!

I happened to be talking to Walter and mentioned the wind damage in passing. The next day Walter, without my knowledge, went to our new home and temporarily covered the damaged areas.
